Medusa-Ireland reserve the right to ship your order via what we consider the most appropriate method taking into account, size, weight and destination. Selected items offer an alternate upgradeable shipping method that you can select for a small supplemental fee.

Although we believe we have employed the best there is in relation to Shipping Companies, from time to time things can go slightly astray. In this event we take care of everything in relation to dealing with the Shippers on your behalf in locating your parcel.

We do not offer items for sale on a trial basis. Returns are accepted on faulty goods only and under the terms of the relevant warranties.

In exceptional circumstances non-faulty goods are authorised for return but only on the understanding that all shipping fees including the fees in the original purchase are non refundable.
